Human Resource Manager (8-12K)
Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the company's development strategy, construct and implement the human resources strategic plan, participate in the company's major personnel decisions, and supervise the implementation.
2. Plan and review human resource management costs.
3. Improve the company's human resources management model (including the comprehensive construction of recruitment, performance, training, salary and employee development systems).
4. Organize and implement basic human resources work such as employee recruitment, transfer, assessment, promotion, rewards and punishments.
5. The selection, employment, education and retention of key employees will improve the management quality of key management positions.
6. Promote the company's corporate culture, value building and training.
7. Formulate and implement the company's various management rules and regulations, management methods and business processes, establish a standardized management system, and improve management efficiency.
8. Regularly organize inspections of office functions, find and solve problems in a timely manner, and at the same time supervise corrective and preventive measures to manage corporate assets and reasonably control daily expenses.
9. Do a good job in all aspects of service guarantee for the company's employees, organize team building activities, establish a friendly, mutually helpful and positive corporate atmosphere, and enhance organizational cohesion.
Job Requirements:
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, mastering the knowledge of systematic human resource management.
2. With more than 5 years experience in human resources management in manufacturing industry, familiar with six major modules of human resources.
3. Strong organizational negotiation ability, communication and expression ability and pressure resistance ability.
Public Relations Manager
Job requirements:
1. More than 2 years of public relations work experience, master the necessary quality and experience of business negotiation and business reception;
2. Outgoing personality, good image and temperament, good eloquence, high emotional intelligence, strong patience and active work ability;
3. More than 2 years of driving experience, adapt to occasional business trip and social intercourse;
