Process Manager (8-12K)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily work arrangement and personnel training within the process department;
2. Responsible for the continuous improvement and implementation of processes and technologies;
3. Optimize the process flow, continuously improve the component process, and increase the production capacity and yield;
4. Power control management to ensure order hit rate;
5. Responsible for the review and evaluation of new materials, new processes and new designs;
6. Responsible for the planning and development of new components and application products.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, with more than 3 years of relevant management experience in photovoltaic modules;
2. Rich experience in process technology, familiar with process theoretical knowledge and tools;
3. Have strong executive ability, communication and coordination ability, pressure resistance ability and team management ability, and have a high sense of responsibility.
